Serving Bangs as Superintendent since January of 2008, Mr. Foster has served as principal, K-12 levels. In 2000 was a finalist for Elementary Principal of the Year in Texas. Prior to entering school administration Mr. Foster was an agricultural science teacher in east Texas.

Mr. Foster and his wife, Linda, have two children, a daughter Ashley Lee and husband Heath and grandson Heston, Ashley is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. His son Trey, who is also a graduate of Tarleton State University, with a degree in Fine Arts/Theater lives in NYC. Mr. Foster's hobbies include hunting, fishing and riding horses. Mr. Foster raises quarter horses, cattle and has an Australian shepherd named Festus and a one eyed pug named Molly. Mr. Foster is also a published author.
